Early Assurance Program

The MUSC College of Pharmacy’s Early Assurance Program is a competitive admission program designed for exceptional high school seniors with a desire to pursue a health care career in pharmacy in as few as six years.


The MUSC College of Pharmacy PREP program is designed to prepare prospective students for a career path in pharmacy. The one-day program introduces students to the many career options available in the pharmacy profession, engages students with nationally-recognized faculty - both clinicians and researchers - and teaches students how to prepare for the MUSC College of Pharmacy interview process.

Why MUSC Pharmacy?

Admission Criteria

Prospective students will need approximately two years of pre-pharmacy coursework and compete for selection based on academic track record, standardized test scores, interview evaluations, and other criteria. Learn more about admission criteria.

Applications & Deadlines

Application deadlines vary for Early Decision, PharmCAS Application and MUSC Supplemental Application. 

Admission Interviews

The admission interview is a critical part of the application process. MUSC must receive a completed PharmCAS application, the MUSC Supplemental Application, and PCAT scores for a student to be eligible. 

Tuition & Financial Aid

Tuition & Fees vary for resident and non-resident. Financial aid and scholarships are available.
