Student Resources

Academic Calendar

The MUSC Academic Calendar and the Extended College of Pharmacy Calendar provide information on important dates throughout the academic year. This calendar is not all-inclusive of events and functions that pharmacy students are required to attend.

Financial Aid

The MUSC Office of Student Financial Aid Services is located at 45 Courtenay Drive, Harper Student Center, 3rd floor. Please review the Frequently Asked Questions and contact the College of Pharmacy's counselor, Ms. Tori Scott, with any questions 843-792-0205 or finaid@musc.edu.

Course Registration

Incoming P1 students are automatically registered for all courses and assigned a lab section.

Technology Requirements

The MUSC College of Pharmacy requires incoming P1 students to begin classes equipped with a laptop or notebook computer. Students can purchase a laptop at the MUSC Innovation Station on campus. Please review the Technology Requirements for more information.

ID Badges

As an incoming student, you will be required to upload and submit a photo for your ID badge no later than July 28. We strongly encourage that you do this well before the deadline. Uploading a photo for your ID badge will require your MUSC Net ID credentials, which will be assigned in June.

Student Housing

MUSC Student Housing has several updated features including a user-friendly layout of listings, ability to map properties, view floorplans, and see amenities. This service is exclusively for MUSC students to view listings. The new website also provides an improved roommate database full of photos, roommate preferences, likes/dislikes, and preferred amenities.

Parking

Incoming students are able to secure parking once ID badges are distributed at orientation, the week prior to the start of classes. MUSC Parking Management offers both on-campus and off-campus reserved parking for students for a flat fee each semester. Parking is assigned on a first come, first serve basis and current students receive priority over incoming students. All incoming students will be provided with a temporary parking pass for orientation.
