Pharmacist Delivers First Trial Vaccine

Pharmacists are trusted deliverers of vaccinations

On Tuesday, Forbes reported that the first person to get injected with a trial coronavirus vaccine received the vaccination from a pharmacist in Seattle.

Jennifer Haller received the shot in the first-stage safety study clinical trial of a potential vaccine for COVID-19, the disease caused by the new coronavirus. The trial is being conducted at Kaiser Permanente Washington Health Research Institute in Seattle.
