Sauck, Piaskowski land industry fellowships

Two MUSC pharmacy students recently landed coveted post-graduate industry fellowships in December when the fourth-year students connected with programs at J&J/Janssen and Xcdnda.

Global Medical Affairs Oncology Fellowship 
The two-year fellowship is a postgraduate training program within a dynamic, biopharmaceutical Global Medical Affairs team. This program is designed to prepare fellows to become proficient in strategic planning and operational execution of activities to support the Global Medical Affairs Oncology therapeutic area. The fellow will be responsible for communication of scientific data to internal stakeholders and external healthcare professionals around the world. Additionally, the fellow will manage key scientific evidence generation activities to support the Global Medical Affairs strategy.

Health Outcomes & Market Access Fellowship
The Health Outcomes & Market Access Fellowship at Xcenda offers a broad range of experiences across health outcomes research, economic modeling, real-world evidence generation, market research, and market access strategy. The goal of the Fellowship Program is to provide valuable mentorship and diverse learning opportunities, with a breadth of business skills and clinical knowledge development that is unique to this type of industry setting.
